These terms apply to all bookings made through
www.saunakbely.cz
or through other agreed channels (phone, e-mail, in person).
When a booking is made
A booking is made once the Operator confirms it (by e-mail, by phone or in another agreed way).
From that moment these Terms of business and cancellation policy apply.
Arrival / check-in
You can enter the premises at the earliest 5 minutes before your booked time.
Please arrive on time so that you can enjoy the full length of your visit.
Departure / check-out
The premises must be vacated by the end of the booked time at the latest.
If you stay longer without prior agreement, a surcharge may apply.
Staying beyond the booked time
If you stay beyond the booked time, we charge 300 CZK for every 15 minutes.
Refunds
Ending your visit early or not using the full booked time does not entitle you to a refund.
Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge no later than 24 hours before the start of your booking.
50% cancellation fee
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your booking, we charge
a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price.
100% cancellation fee
If you do not show up (no-show) or cancel less than 1 hour before the start of your booking,
we charge 100% of the booking price.
Cancellation by the Operator
The Operator may cancel a booking for technical or operational reasons (for example an equipment failure).
In that case you will be informed without delay and offered another date
or a full refund of the amount paid.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. You can pay as instructed by the Operator (cash, card, bank transfer or online through a payment gateway, if available).
Safety and house rules
Visitors must follow the house rules of the sauna and other spa facilities
and the instructions of the staff.
Parents, legal guardians or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the safety of children.
Liability for damage
The customer is liable for damage to the sauna's equipment and furnishings caused
by them or by the people using the sauna with them.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute cannot be settled by agreement,
the consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority
(www.coi.cz).
These Terms of business and cancellation policy are valid and effective from the day they are published on
www.saunakbely.cz.
The Operator may amend or supplement the terms at any time; changes take effect on the day they are published.
By making a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
